Leadership

Sepehr Moarefy

Role: Founder & CEO (Product and Engineering)

Sepehr Moarefy is the founder and builder-CEO of Q6. He codes daily, sets technical direction, and translates frontier research into products customers love. He drives business development and oversees company operations end-to-end, touching everything from system architecture and security to design, marketing, and sales.

An engineer since age 13, Sepehr is a lifelong student of computer science. Before Q6, he worked in the music industry as a producer and executive—overseeing A&R, content creation, budgeting, and delivery—collaborating with top-charting artists whose catalogs have sold in the millions. He has launched and operated multiple businesses in Los Angeles and online.

Committed to giving back, Sepehr teaches coding to underprivileged kids in his free time. He is a champion of practical AI and what he calls "vibe coding": taste-driven iteration guided by customer feedback and data, shipped with craftsmanship and speed.

• Previous experience: music producer and executive (A&R, content, budgets, timelines); led projects with top-charting artists with millions of albums sold; founder/operator of multiple businesses

Vincent Dioguardi

Role: Director, Capital Strategy and Fundraising

Vincent directs Q6’s capital strategy and investor narrative. With a background in private equity and growth investing, he has helped startups raise hundreds of millions of dollars, structuring rounds, assembling syndicates, and building durable strategic partnerships.

Educated at the University of Pennsylvania, Vincent operates at the intersection of finance and mission. He is known for diligence, integrity, and founder empathy—qualities that make him a trusted partner to both investors and operators.

Outside the office, Vincent is a proud father and an active Christian. He leads faith-based podcasts and community programs, bringing the same consistency and service mindset to his personal life that he brings to capital formation.

Russell Miller

Role: Advisor, Business Development

Russell advises Q6 on business development and strategic growth. As a member of the founding team at Force Protection, he helped bring MRAP vehicles from concept to scaled production and deployment with the U.S. Army—technology credited with saving thousands of lives in conflict zones. Force Protection went public on NASDAQ in 2007 and was acquired by General Dynamics in 2011.

Beyond defense, Russell has built careers in the music industry and real estate. A proud father and husband, he dedicates meaningful time to mentoring young entrepreneurs on strategy, resilience, and execution.
